At Evolution MMA, we understand that parents want their children to be involved in safe and valuable activities. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our new Bang Muay Thai Lil Ninjas program for kids!

The Lil Ninjas program is designed to teach children the foundations of martial arts in a fun and engaging way. Our expert instructors focus on instilling important life skills such as respect, discipline, and teamwork, while also placing a strong emphasis on anti-bullying and de-escalation tactics.

With the Lil Ninjas program, kids will have the opportunity to learn effective self-defense techniques and improve their coordination and fitness levels, all while having a blast in a safe and supportive environment.

Gone are our Kids MMA and Kids BJJ classes, as all our kids classes will now feature the exciting and unique Lil Ninjas program. We believe that this program is the perfect introduction to martial arts for kids, and we can't wait to see our students thrive both on and off the mat.
